"Empathy and trust form the foundation for the best possible representation of our customers"
After 20 years of diverse experience in retail, direct sales, company takeovers and their integration, setting up new companies with responsibility for expansion, marketing and construction, Rainer Kundörfer has been successfully advising clients from the property, retail, service and automation sectors since 2011.
Example projects
Consultancy for retailers in Austria, Germany and other countries in Eastern and Central Europe.
Selected projects:
"west" shopping centre, Innsbruck
Repositioning and tenant support (since 2014)
The aim with "west" was to align the shopping centre with the local and regional needs of the residents in the catchment area.
The tenant mix was adapted in a continuous process from an originally strong focus on fashion to more local amenities and services.
"Shopping Nord" shopping and retail centre, Graz
Refurbishment and expansion (2012–2016)
Strategic additions to the shopping centre and the expansion of the retail agglomeration with a retail park have filled the gaps in demand for customers and increased the attractiveness for more potential customers in the north of the city.
City Point Betriebs GmbH, Steyr
Tenant support, concept consulting, sales process (2016–2020)
The three-level shopping centre was transformed into a mixed-use property in harmony with the nearby city centre. The re-dimensioning of the retail across two levels with selective additions as well as the establishment of a hotel, successfully repositioned the property in a contemporary manner regarding size and usage.
